Goodnotes Teams, Admin Console & More

The Goodnotes experience is now purchased on a per user basis, as opposed to a per device basis.

In order to use the Goodnotes and the Goodnotes Admin Console, you would either need to sign up via the Admin Console to get started, or if you're on a License Key deployment, you would need to upgrade your setup to Goodnotes Teams.

You can sign up for Goodnotes Teams directly through the Admin Console itself and begin your 30-day free trial. Once your trial period expires, your subscription for Goodnotes Teams will begin.

If you used a Goodnotes License Key before the Goodnotes Teams introduction, you will be able to transition from one product to another and be billed accordingly. See here for more information on transitioning from License Key to Goodnotes Teams.

For your new subscription on the Admin Console:

• If previously using our License Key per device product, you may find that the new per user model means you no longer need as many seats. Be sure to manage this via the User Management section.
• If you're looking to upgrade from Goodnotes for Business (License Key) and still have time remaining on your existing subscription, please contact our sales team and they gladly assist your transition.
• If you have recently renewed licensing and would like to transfer your existing subscription, we can do so where applicable. Please contact our sales team for more information.
