If you find that you no longer want to use the Goodnotes Admin Console or your Goodnotes Organization, you can delete your Organization and all the associated information in the Admin Console itself.
See the following steps for how to delete your organization from the Admin Console:
- Delete all users from the organization
- Head to Settings and select Delete organization
- Once you have chosen to Delete organization you will be asked to confirm your choice
It is important to note that deleting the organization is permanent, so please be certain that you want to complete this action. For any other questions relating to deleting your organization, reach out to our support team.
