How to: Join Organization on Goodnotes Teams via Invitation Link

If you have a Goodnotes Teams instance set up on the Admin Console, you can invite your users to join via a invitation link. Users simply click the link sent to their email and follow instructions to join.

If you would like to keep your MDM setup in place prior to your team joining Goodnotes Teams, or you would like to manage who is able to join your organisation a little more, sending an invitation link allows you to do so.

Steps to join via Invitation Link
  1. Click on invitation link via email.
  2. Once invitation link clicked, app will open onto ‘You have been invited to join X’s Organisation’
  3. Complete sign-in with relevant Identity Provisioning method, whether OIDC or SAML SSO.
  4. Once sign-in is completed, user must Accept Invite to the organisation to unlock full functionality.
  5. Once invite is accepted, user will be redirected to Documents view and Settings ⚙️ will reflect the tier, user role and name etc.
