Add a domain to your Admin Console Organization and enable your users to join via signing in with their company credentials

What is domain management?

Domain management allows you to prove ownership or control over your Organization's internet domain. If you are using the Goodnotes Admin Console to provision your users, you have the option to verify your domain in order to limit login routes and ensure greater security. By verifying your domain with Goodnotes, you can enable features like auto-capture for user onboarding and SAML SSO setup for your Organization.

Do I need to verify my domain?

While you do not need to verify your domain in order to set up and manage a Goodnotes Organization, some companies may prefer to have users automatically join the organisation upon login. With a verified domain and auto-capture enabled, users who login to the Goodnotes app will be automatically added to your organisation within the Admin Console.

Prerequisites

  • You must have Organization Admin role permissions in the Admin Console
  • Access to modify your domain's DNS records
  • A domain that is not already verified by another organization
