How to: Batch Import User Invitations via the Admin Console

Add users easily via .csv file, Google or Microsoft contacts sync

When you're adding users to your organization, you may find that there are times where you need to invite a number of users at a time and this can be made simple by utilising our Batch Import system.

To batch import your users, simply follow these steps:

  1. Head to User Management and click one of the Invite Users buttons.

  2. Once on the Invite Users page, click Batch import.

  3. From here you can choose the appropriate route to import your contacts for invitation, whether Uploading a CSV or logging into your Google or Microsoft account.
    1. If choosing Google or Microsoft, click on the relevant option and simply login to your account.
    2. Once in your account, your eligible contacts will appear and you can import them to the Admin Console for Invitation.
  4. If choosing to Upload a CSV, please ensure that you utilise the format outlined in the template provided.

  5. Input your contact details to the template and outline the appropriate user role, as shown below.

  6. Export or Save your document as .csv and then import this file to the Admin Console.

  7.  Click Confirm and your users will populate showing their email and assigned role.

  8. Click Send invitations to complete.

Once the invitations have been sent, your users will receive an email stating they have been invited to join your organization.
