Allow Goodnotes to operate within your network
You may have a Firewall or Web Filter set up within your network. If so, you will need to whitelist or enable access to the following domains:

Below is our full list of domains you should whitelist in order to allow your users full access to Goodnotes syncing and account services.
- *.cdn.goodnotes.com (*)
- *.apple.com
- *.goodnotes.com (*)
- *.goodnotescloud.com

*.goodnotes-devops.com
(*) If you have .goodnotes.com, it will also cover *.cdn.goodnotes.com. However, if your company does not use wildcards for your whitelist, then you would need to add *.cdn.goodnotes.com
My users are still having issues connecting
If your users are having connection issues, please check that the whitelisted domains are still in place. If you are still having issues, please contact our support team with a set of Diagnostic Data.
To do this, please open the Goodnotes menu in the library view > View Profile > Account Settings > Export Diagnostic Data.
