What platforms does Goodnotes Teams support?
- With the launch of Goodnotes Admin Console, we are now pleased to offer our users [Experimental] cross-platform support. This will mean that any user looking to use Goodnotes can use across Apple, Android and Windows operating systems. The cross-platform experience allows users to search their notes across platforms, for example, using 1 Goodnotes Account with same document library syncing across platforms via the account.
- In addition, we will also be offering [Experimental] Shared Documents. This will allow users to collaborate on the same document, a feature previously only available via iCloud.

Can I still use my License Key if I switch to Goodnotes Teams?
- If you currently have a License Key and you would like to switch to the Admin Console, the switch would have to be completed for all licensing, as fundamentally the Admin Console licensing procedure functions separately.

What currencies do you support for payment?
- Paying via credit, debit or PayPal supports over 30 currencies, including USD, EUR, GBP, JPY & CNY.
- Paying via Invoice is supported by USD, EUR & GBP at present.

Can I pay by Invoice?

Certainly! If your business cannot pay via credit, debit or PayPal, we also offer the option to pay via invoicing if preferred. When signing up to the Goodnotes Admin Console, you will have the option to pay via Checkout or via Invoice. If you choose invoice, you simply enter your information and then an invoice will be sent to you for review.

Is the licensing billed monthly or yearly?
- All Goodnotes licensing for our business subscriptions are billed on a yearly basis. When buying your subscription, you will be given the option to choose how many seats you require for the year. However, do not worry if you will need further seats later in the year, you’re welcome to add seats as and when you need them. Additional seats will be pro-rated into your existing subscription, with the whole seat count renewing at the end of the subscription period.
Do I need an MDM to use the Admin Console?
- No, you do not require an MDM to use Goodnotes Teams with the Admin Console. The Goodnotes Teams experience now supports the usage of accounts and domain management, as such, it is longer required to deploy a License Key on a device based model to fully function with Goodnotes.
- Of course if you still want to use an MDM to deploy your Goodnotes app you can still do so, though you will no longer require the managed configuration and License Key, if you have one.
Can I use GoodNotes 5 with the Admin Console?
- Unfortunately GoodNotes 5 is not supported for usage with the Admin Console. Part of the prerequisites for using the Goodnotes Admin Console is that the app must login using a Goodnotes Account. GoodNotes 5 does not support the usage of accounts, as such this would mean that the app would not be possible to use with the Admin Console.
