How to: Join an Organization on Goodnotes Teams via Sign-in (Auto Capture)
If your organization has auto capture enabled and a verified domain within the Admin Console, you can join your team on Goodnotes without receiving an invitation link and by simply completing sign-in
If you have end-users who need to join your organization and you require them to complete login using the respective company domain, they can enroll to your organization via auto-capture, meaning less invitation management.
Steps to join Admin Console organisation
All steps to be completed on target device and please ensure users are aware that backing up documents is advised BEFORE completing these steps.
- Re-Launch Goodnotes application after completing the above steps.
- Once launched, app will trigger sign-in flow.
- If never signed in to Goodnotes Account, skip to step 3.
- If signed in to Goodnotes Account previously, previous account will appear.
- Tap ‘Sign in to a different Account’
- On ‘Sign in back to your original Goodnotes Account’ page, tap ‘Dismiss’
- On ‘Sign-in to Goodnotes’ page, choose the relevant Sign-in option for your organisation, whether OIDC or SSO.
- Ensure that you login using the company domain, as otherwise your account will not be captured.
- If you are not using your company domain and are instead using an external account, please be sure to use the Email Invitation link that has been sent via your administrator.
- Once completed sign-in, user should be re-directed to Documents view.
- To ensure successful organisation joining, check Settings ⚙️ to see user account at top of the Settings sidebar shows the user name and ‘Goodnotes Teams’.
