How to: Subscribe to Goodnotes Teams via Invoice

You can now purchase Goodnotes Teams via Invoice without the assistance of our Account Managers and Customer Support team. 

With our Subscription & Billing tab, you can complete your purchases, manage existing subscriptions and view your next billing date, meaning control of your subscription is truly in your hands. 

To complete your purchase of Goodnotes Teams via Invoice, follow these simply steps:

  1. Head to the Subscription & Billing tab and click to 'Subscribe to Teams'

  2. Head to your appropriate Billing Plan and click 'Upgrade' (If you'd like more information relating to Goodnotes Enterprise, click here)

  3. Once you have clicked 'Upgrade', you will be taken to the Subscription page where you can select your payment method.
  4. Ensure you select the 'via invoicing' option from the Payment method dropdown. (If you would like further information about purchasing via credit card, please click here)

  5. Once you have selected invoicing as your payment option you can choose your currency. (Important note: for invoicing only USD, EUR and GBP are supported. For any other currencies, please purchase via credit card)

  6. Once you have chosen your currency, select the number of seats your require for your organization.
    1. This can be increased later on and at a pro-rated price if you do need more, so don't worry if you're unsure how many seats you'll require. 
  7. From here, enter in your Organization name, Billing Contact's details (including name and email). 
    1. These details will populate on your invoice, so be certain that they are correct before proceeding. 
  8. Then enter in your business address, including the Country/Region, City, Street Address, State/Province/Region, Postal/Zip Code & Phone Number.
  9. If you are Tax Exempt, be sure to enter your Tax ID at this stage too.
  10. Additionally, if you have a PO number to add, please do so now. 
  11. Once you've entered in your information and clicked Confirm you will be brought back to the Subscription & Billing tab.
  12. You can complete your payment via Paying your Invoice, as shown by the warning here.

  13. Once you click the link you'll be redirected to the following Invoice page:

  14. You can either pay via Wire Transfer and using the details populated, if doing so, please include the invoice reference number shown above. 
  15. Alternatively, if you choose Pay Now, you will be redirected to the Credit/Debit Card payment page where you can complete payment. 
  16. You have 30 days to complete payment from invoice creation, if you do not complete payment within this time, you're access to the Goodnotes Teams and the Admin Console will be restricted to the free plan.

If you have made an error on your invoice, you can alter a created invoice via these steps.
